In line with national guidelines for best practice in Early Childhood Intervention, a key worker is a dedicated therapist who becomes the primary point of contact for your child and your family.
They are an early childhood intervention professional, specialising in a collaborative, holistic and personalised approach to therapeutic intervention for children and their families.
Focusing on capacity building and evidence-based approaches to meet goals in your child's environment.
Working together with you to understand your child's development and needs. Capacity building with your child's adults to build their skills to support your child's needs and goals in all their environments.

Reducing multiple appointments with multiple therapists, saving time and costs.
Empowering you to actively participate in your child's therapy and build a team around your child by focusing on the strengths and needs of your child and family
Building the capacity of the people in your child's life in their naturalistic settings, from kindergarten to home and beyond.
Your key worker will collaborate across different disciplines to combine therapy strategies for comprehensive support.
Your key worker will develop a customised plan to address your child's specific goals and challenges, walking with you along your early intervention journey.
Providing education, information and support to services and community, advocating for and supporting inclusion.
